Force Majeure

Neither Party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with, and subject to, the law of the State of New Jersey. By accessing this Website, or using information on this Website, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Jersey State Supreme Court, Camden County, or the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Camden Vicinage, to resolve disputes of any kind arising out of your reliance on the information on this Website, or any interaction with CFI involving this Website.
