CFI Workspace collaborated with global architecture and design firm Gensler to deliver an inspired new headquarters for Clark Capital Management Group, located on the 53rd and 54th floors of Philadelphia’s iconic One Liberty Place. Spanning 37,549 square feet, the space exemplifies a refined balance of form and function—positioning the workplace as a purposeful destination in a post-pandemic era.

Floor-to-ceiling glass walls flood the office with natural light and offer sweeping panoramic views of the city skyline, while a striking suspended staircase seamlessly connects both levels, reinforcing a sense of openness and vertical connectivity. Purpose-built collaboration zones, acoustically optimized video call rooms, and elevated finish selections work in harmony to support productivity, foster meaningful interaction, and inspire high performance.

This headquarters reflects Clark Capital’s vision of a modern, people-centered workplace—one that not only attracts top-tier talent but also supports ongoing innovation and organizational growth.
